All conditions detailed below are subject to change / alteration without any prior notice and are applicable only for products purchased online at www.shivamoptics.com & not for products purchased at any of our stores. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Terms of Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Terms of Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
2. Shivam The Optical Point is not liable to compensate the client in any manner whatsoever for any delays in product / service delivery beyond the originally committed delivery date.Â
3. Shivam The Optical Point has the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of an originally committed product or service or due to its inability to deliver such product or service due to any reason whatsoever. In the event of such cancellation, Shivam The Optical Point shall refund the deposit amount paid by the client via wire transfer. Shivam The Optical Point shall not be liable to compensate the client in any manner whatsoever for such cancellation and its liability shall only be limited to refunding the deposit amount paid by the client for the order.Â
4. Shivam The Optical Point urges all clients to take a video proof of opening their order. It is a good practice that serves as proof during any further investigation done in the case of a claim.

We accept all major credit cards / debit cards / UPI / direct bank transfers through our online payment gateway. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for Delhi NCR. At this time, we do not accept cheque or demand draft.Â

Physical warranty cards have been discontinued by some brands. If you did not receive a physical warranty card with your product, it most likely does not come along with it. However, call us at 9871344746 and we would be happy to double check for you.
PAN INDIA SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping (7 - 10 working days for delivery) across India.
We also offer express shipping (3 - 5 business days for delivery), at an additional charge of Rs. 450.
With Standard shipping, you can expect the following dispatch timelines.

Will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days of receipt of order.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards will be delivered via e-mail the same day you purchase them.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple products together, we will ship all products together to reduce environmental impact.
In case your order is being significantly delayed, we shall keep you informed.
You will receive an intimation along with a tracking no. once your product has been shipped
Within Delhi â You should generally receive you product within 1 â 3 business days of it being shipped.
Outside Delhi â You should generally receive your product within 3 â 6 business days of it being shipped
In case your order deliveries are being delayed beyond these general timelines, we shall keep you informed. Please note, delays may occur due to events that are out of our control such as weather, holidays etc. If this happens, we will not be able to refund the express shipping charges (if any).
If you werenât there to receive your product, delivery will be re-attempted by our logistics partner as per their policy. In case they are not able to successfully deliver the product multiple times, they will ship the product back to us. If this happens, we shall keep you informed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders over INR 20,000, we currently offer free express shipping.
For order values under INR 20,000 there is a standard shipping rate of INR 3,500.
We use DHL Express to ship our international orders. In the case DHL doesn't service a particular zip code, we use the next best alternative.
No, unfortunately, due to higher shipping expenses and custom duties applicable on any inward shipment to India, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges, if any, are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Customs fees are not charged by or paid to us, so this is something we can't predict and is outside of our control. Ultimately, your local customs office will have a better idea if and when you will need to pay any additional fees, and if so, what those might look like.
Please note, we are not responsible for products lost / stolen once they have been declared as successfully delivered by our logistics partners to your shipping address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your utmost satisfaction is our priority. In case you are unhappy with a purchase made online, you may exchange it within 7 days of receipt to your address for store credit. The store credit does not have an expiration date. The days are calculated as the number of days between the date of receipt by you and the date it is picked up by your logistics company.
Please note:
1. All sales are final and we have a no refund policy.
2. Exchanges are only allowed for pieces sold from available stock. Any product(s) sourced especially for you will not be applicable for exchanges.
If you wish to exchange your product, please return the product along with a request for store credit. You will have to apply the store credit to the next product you wish to purchase. If the price of the new product is higher than the amount of credit, you will have to pay the difference. Leftover credit can be applied to any future purchase.
Sometimes, it is the seemingly small things that matter. Your dissatisfaction with the product might be due to the fit. We would encourage you to book a frame tune up at any of stores where our expert technicians would be happy to assist you. You would be surprised with what a few simple adjustments can do to completely uplift your level of comfort.
All store credits issued are subject to a thorough quality check of products received back by us. Please refer to the pre-conditions for return below:Â
Contact Lenses
The box(es) returned must be unopened & in original condition of receipt to you. We do not accept returns if the box has been opened or tampered with.
Sunglasses & Frames
i. Must be in an unused and unworn condition.Â
ii. Proof of purchase in form of a physical / electronic invoice must be provided along with the return request
iii. All items tags, warranty certificates, product catalogues, usage & care instructions, dust bags etc. included inside the package must be returned in their original condition
i. Please write to us at please whatsapp us at 9871344746 along with a copy of your invoice and a photograph of your product. Our support team will try to make your return process as smooth as possible. Â
ii. Once you hear back from us, please ship the product to the address mentioned by us. Please ensure that the product is packaged in a manner similar to how you had received it, to ensure that we receive it and its contents in their original condition along with the original invoice.. Kindly note, we do not accept any returns at our stores for products bought online.
iii. We shall inform you once the product is received. Kindly allow us 3 â 4 working days post receipt of the product for a thorough quality check
Yes, you may return the products received as a gift for a store credit. We do not provide refunds for products received as gifts. Further, please note that we do not accept any returns without the original proof of purchase.

However, we understand there can always be exceptions.
To facilitate your claim further, we will require video proof of you opening the parcel along with pictures highlighting the defect(s). The same needs to be shared with us within 72 hours of the order being delivered at your given address.

We do have a stringent process of quality check and such situations do not usually arise.
We will require video proof of you opening the parcel, visibly showing all the contents that came out of it. The same needs to be shared with us within 72 hours of the order being delivered at your given address.

Once all details are verified, our customer service representative will arrange for the incorrect order to be picked and replace it with the correct order within 15 days.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after 7 days of receipt to the receipt's address. Â
AFTER SALES & SERVICING
All products come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty.
Manufacturing warranty covers the following issues
i. Missing components
ii. Delamination and / or peeling of sun lens coating
iii. Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
iv. Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
v. Soldering defects
If your product encounters any of the above issues within 1 year of purchase, please call us at 9871344746. We will require you to ship the product to us for a quality check by our technicians. It the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product or issue you a store credit. Shivam Optics has absolute discretion to ascertain if the issue is a manufacturing defect.Â
Kindly note, we will be unable to entertain any requests for exchange or credit if the product has been altered / repaired in any manner by any third party. Â
Manufacturing warranty does not cover the following issues
i. Normal wear and tear i.e. scratches
ii. Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or improper storage of product
iii. Damage caused by chemicals
iv. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repair
